Subject: [PestList] possible dermestid larva

EXTERNAL SENDER

Good day all,

A colleague found this on a trap in our collections. It looks a little like a
warehouse beetle larva, but I am not sure.

Both photos are of the same larva. The length of the whole body is about 6mm.
The fine hairs seem quite long. It is a browninsh-tan with some gray. The
speckling does not seem to be dust from the walls or floors but actual coloring.

Thanks for your assistance!

Genevieve
