It’s hard to tell from that photo. I think the legs seem to long for a recluse 
though at this angle the markings do look right. I am tempted to say it’s a 
pholcidae, or daddy long legs type spider. I used to have them in my bathroom 
and they did a funny web-shaking thing I always found sort of unnerving…..

But better than a recluse. I don’t know how far east or south you are in NM but 
I think most of that state is not in their normal range.
