Hi Todd - I am assuming that this was a random catch since I have never seen this happen before and the trap was in the darkest area of the room where she might have been looking for a dark, quiet place to lay her eggs. However, she was also in the middle of the trap near the pheromone source, not at the edge where you might think she would be if she had just stumbled upon it, so who knows? If anyone has any thoughts on this, I would love to hear them!
