Subject: Seeking ideas for a speaker

My program hosts an annual Food Processing and Structural Pest Management
workshop, with the next one slated for February 7-8, 2023 in Rochester, NY.
Most of our attendees work for pest control companies, but I hope to broaden
attendance to include those they serve as well. I’ve attached agendas from
recent years to give you an idea of what our programs are like. (We also have
vendor booths.)

For the February 8th Structural session, I’d love to have someone speak on
museum pest management (which could cover library collections as well).
Ideally, we’d like to keep costs down by finding someone relatively local (New
York State, if possible, Northeast US perhaps). If you have any suggestions, or
would like to volunteer, please reply to my work e-mail
([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>).

Thanks!

Hi Dan,

Yes EST. You should get a confirmation email of your RSVP and eventually will
get a Zoom link. Listening in is absolutely encouraged ☺

Best,
Matt

Matt,

Is that Eastern time?

I just RSVP’d because I’d like to listen in. I’m not looking to contribute,
just listen. And I assume we’ll be getting a link for joining the meeting?

Thanks.

Hello all,

Just a reminder that even if you did not submit an abstract for the MuseumPests
Working Group’s Public Session on March 11th, you can still attend/watch it!

We’re asking that you RSVP via this link:
https://docs.google.com/.../1FAIpQLSdL42s9llqws4.../viewform

It will be presented via Zoom - a link will be sent out beforehand to those who
RSVP’d.

Additionally, we are hoping that we will successfully link Zoom with Facebook
so that you will also be able to view it there without an RSVP. Check out
Facebook page for more as it develops. I’ll post an update here as well!

Best,
Matt
