The second photo helps a lot. I'd say this is one of the moth-flies (Psychodidae). The pattern on the wings indicate it is *Psychoda surcoufi* or a closely related species. The flies breed in bacterial or fungal slime that accumulates in drains. The adults are attracted to light, so if there is a light in the case, they will try to find a way in. They won't do any damage to the case contents. Regards, Tony
