I would say above the trap is an ant nest in the building structure where the brown dust falls down

Betreff: [PestList] Particles with ants

Hello all,

Today as I was checking pest trap # 31 was covered in something brown when I first picked up the trap I thought it was some kind of insect because it all appeared to be moving.   When I picked the trap up the brown stuff was moving and running  on the floor.  It looked like ants but brown.    After looking under the microscope it looks like either part of the building or feces.   What I can see far as insects I see ants, part of cricket, and some larvae of carpet beetle.    Also, white chucks on the trap.

Could someone tell me what this could be.

Thanks,

Adrienne Dastgir
