family Cerambycidae. Should be easy to get a species from a cerambycid group 
online (eg via bugguide) - if a species ID is needed.

These beetles are typically wood borers as larvae. I've not heard of them ever 
breeding indoors but sometimes wood with their live larvae is brought indoors 
and the adults emerge indoors.
