Hi, My lab has a Sanyo MDF U50V Series freezer that can get down to -80, but can be set at any temperature between 0- -80. It’s an older model (purchased in 2002!) but it works just fine. I think it is intended for the pharmaceutical market, purchased well before I started at Parks Canada. Only issue is that it is small, about the size of a conventional home refrigerator/freezer unit.

We've been pretty happy with them, as the size accommodates a variety of box sizes and the rep was easy to work with. About mid-way deep, we maintain about -32 to -34 deg C when set at the -40 deg C setting. We got this one because it has the motor on the bottom and not the side, so the interior depth is the widest we could find.
