Dear Aldo, good idea with the petition for ARGON in the EU, but my first letter as a petition against the classification of nitrogen as a biocide was in 2012 and ended after a 10-year process with nitrogen in situ generated as EU-biocide. Unfortunately, I must also say that the use of nitrogen in cylinders is national approved (EU = PT18) by the Rentokil company as a biocide. See attached safety data sheet from 2012 and valid till 2033 according to statement of Chat-GPT When participating in public institutions or tenders, you should find out in advance whether you are allowed to use nitrogen as bottled gas. However I found the idea of the switch very interesting . I usually use the cilinder with 99,999% of N2 and good circuit of dry and wet gas to delivery the right amount in the bag to do not change to much the environment parameter inside the bag.
