Ingrid - Suspend SC is an encapsulated insecticide, which gives it a long residual. It is normally mixed with water and sprayed with a one gallon, pressurized hand sprayer. How will it be used in your institution? What are the reasons it's being used? Is there some specific pest you are trying to control or prevent?

This is where you should apply the dust. You may have to drill small holes in the toe kick in order to blow the dus t into the voids with a hand duster.
