I'm introducing a deep cleaning programme for our collection stores, and am about to purchase hoovers/vacuum cleaners for the different collection stores. I started thinking about the different filters you get inside vacuums, and the possibility of sucking up pests eggs and their being blown the other end. Can anyone recommend a good model or filter that would be suitable for cleaning areas where there is known pest activity? Is a regular HEPA filter suitable?
Thanks in advance for any responses; I really find this forum helpful and reassuring! Abby Abby Stevens Preventive Conservator Manchester Museum, The University of Manchester, Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9PL 0161 3061590 [email protected]
