Several sources say that good household freezers will to the trick, and they 
only go down to -4 to -7F. You ought to be fine, but I'd give it 2 weeks.

I'm currently freezing about 300 African artifacts in a walk in freezer that 
runs around -30 Celsius (-22 F). Tomorrow will be day 14. I've placed temp/RH 
data loggers inside, plus a remote sensor, and when everything comes out in a 
couple of days I will hopefully get a nice graph to share.
