Could you also let us know what make and type of datalogger you use? Thanks Mel

You ought to be fine, but I'd give it 2 weeks. I'm currently freezing about 300 African artifacts in a walk in freezer that runs around -30 Celsius (-22 F). Tomorrow will be day 14. I've placed temp/RH data loggers inside, plus a remote sensor, and when everything comes out in a couple of days I will hopefully get a nice graph to share.
