Dear Nicholas,
Trichogramma parasitize only the eggs. For the larvae you could use Habrobracon 
wasps.
There are two more articles in Restauro about treatments with Antagonists, like 
Trichogramma and one who discribes the long term experience with Trichogramma 
in one German Museum. 
In Europe the use of parasitic wasps is   in the beginning in Museums and also 
published 2011 in a IPM-conference in  Italy (Querner/Biebl).
