Below is the fourth message that we've received to this effect just this month. I don't want to mention. Here is what I've written to the others. Unfortunately we are merely an ad hoc volunteer group with no official organizational status and no budget. We were extremely fortunate that Colonial Williamsburg had the means to organize the conference but we do not have the capacity to do it every year. The IPM Working Group meets every year to create and update assets for the museumpets.net website but that is not like the program we ran this past year and we do not teach IPM. Our tentative plans for 2015 will be a two-day meeting of the working group in March with maybe one additional day for tours of the IPM programs in nearby facilities. If you are on the PestList listserv (which you can register for on the museumpests.net website) then you will hear about any future meeting plans.
