It's the "keep" option you need. I think
/poll pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk proto POP3 keep
.. will do what you need, but haven't tested it. You'll need to lose the
"fetchall" as that will keep pulling the previously downloaded but not
deleted emails (unless, of-course, that's what you wanted!)
