Both GRUB and LILO are available in graphical mode - it's just some
distros have their own way of implementing them. You can modify
/boot/grub/menu.lst to alter the order and default boot options. There are
GUI tools available to edit this file - it depends on what graphical
environment you are running. KDE has a section in its control centre for
doing this, but I suppose you are probably running GNOME, as that is the
default for Fredora.
