I am having a spot of bother with that bit!

Whats supposed to happen is when a cursor is placed on one of the icons a small
text box should open stating what the link is.

The problem is it only works properly in Internet Explorer. It works to a
fashion in Opera but displays the full http path rather
than the link text.

It does not work at all in Firefox and Flock. I haven't tried with Konqueror
yet.

The word "Home" that is seen under the middle icon is actually a place marker
and does not appear to be fully connected to the icon
activity. This seems to act as reference point as to where you are in the site
as a result of clicking on one of the links. It only
seems to work with the second icon (news and events) which seems to generate a
link to "index.php". However I cannot find any reference
to it in that file.

Below is the "links.php" script which controls the icon behaviour:

//here you can change the top links of the templates counting from left to
right.
//millennium series templates by www.joomla-templates.com

$cool_link_1 = "index.php";   // your link
$text_link_1 = "Homepage"; // The Alt text on IE ( yellow tips )

$cool_link_2 = "index.php?option=content&task=section&id=1&Itemid=2";
$text_link_2 = "The News";

$cool_link_3 = "index.php?option=com_weblinks";
$text_link_3 = "The Weblinks";

$cool_link_4 = "index.php?option=com_contact&Itemid=3";
$text_link_4 = "Contact Us";

$cool_link_5 = "#";
$text_link_5 = "EDIT THE FILE LINKS.PHP";

$cool_link_6 = "#";
$text_link_6 = "#";

$cool_link_7 = "#";
$text_link_7 = "#";

$cool_link_8 = "#";
$text_link_8 = "#";

$cool_link_9 = "index.php?option=content&task=section&id=2&Itemid=25";
$text_link_9 = "F.A.Q.";

Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

(If you need access to the site to resolve then e-mail me and we can arrange
the necessary access)
