Hi all, Me again
I have managed to recreate this problem *ahem*
I am just sooo...good at breaking things - I think I should be employed as a quality assurance expert ;P
Could someone remind me what the solution was?...something about reverting back to the previous xorg.conf I think.
It's ok I've managed to restore to a previous xorg.conf
and I promise to stop messing about once I get the screen working again...honest
Actually seeing as how I fixed this myself...I'm going to continue to mess about, with a total disregard for the installation on my laptop, my sanity or indeed the no spamming rules on this mailing list. Right I'm off to break something else!!! Expect another call for help in about 30mins or so. ;) Cheers Stuart _______________________________________________ Peterboro mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.lug.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/peterboro
