You know what? i know exactly what you mean and its bugging me also, its somewhere in 3d effects but i dont know off the top of my head, i am at work at the moment, but I will check this later on and i will reply with the exact location, that is, if no-one else replies before me.
Its a very cool effect. As for the website, not that I know, of, but I read the book of "Trial and error" which has a pretty good (albeit long winded) way of finding what you are looking for.
