The "Register" button didn't work with Google Chrome, but did with Firefox. Might be a Chrome only issue. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux_distribution confirms (if it hasn't been censored by the IWF) that Distribution is the correct full spelling, but don't ask me where "Distro" comes from.
