The kinda information > I'm looking for is: 1) Broadband options I'd suggest typing your expected postcode in here, or looking it up by hand: http://www.samknows.com/broadband/mapping/mapping.php Click on the street, and it will tell you what exchange you will be on, and how far away you'll be. For viable ADSL2+ broadband, you really don't want to be more then a kilometre away from an exchange. If ADSL1 speeds are acceptable, up to two kilometres would work. I wouldn't go further then that. > 2) General Area info i.e crime etc If it is where I think it is; you'll have the football crowds to enjoy on some specific days. They're fairly loud. Other then that there's the bar crowd from Charters. It's a decent area, good bus links into town if you care about that sort of stuff. Not too far from the station either.
