the link speed to the exchange :-

is the defined sync speed of a BT 2000 service. Strictly speaking it 
could be home or office, but either way it's a fixed speed 2M service. 
TalkTalk's LLU service doesn't do fixed speed AFAIK.

There's also a history of Talk Talk putting non-LLU customers on fixed 
speed rather than MaxDSL until recently. Trading Standards were quite 
interested in this but needed a real victim rather than an agitator like 
me to pursue it.

If speedtester.bt.com works then you have evidence it's a BT service. 
That won't work on LLU.

The SNR margin shows that there's enough SNR to support a much faster 
service by running at a lower margin :-

 > SNR Margin Down/Up(dB)     24.5 / 24.0

These margins are too high for a BT MaxDSL rate adaptive service.

 > Attenuation Down/Up(dB)     26.0 / 12.5

you should get 8128 downstream at that attenuation, I have 50% higher 
attenuation and get full speed.
