Subject: [lugmaster] SPF, DKIM and DMARC (and TLS connections) will be
mandatory for Gmail and Yahoo from February
To: UK LUG Masters' private discussion <lugmas...@mailman.lug.org.uk>

I only found out a few days ago that Gmail and Yahoo (and possibly others)
will require senders to have SPF, DKIM and DMARC records (as well as
certain other criteria) from February 2024:
https://postmarkapp.com/blog/2024-gmail-yahoo-email-requirements

I'm currently setting this up for a couple of my domains and will be
setting this up for lug.org.uk over the weekend, but thought that I should
bring this to the attention of Lugmasters since some LUGs use their own
email systems, plus you may want to disseminate this to users on your own
mailing lists who may run their own mail servers too.

Emailing check-a...@verifier.port25.com from the domain you are testing.
