SCOPE
CHINACOM 2006 is being positioned as the premier international annual 
conference for the presentation of original and fundamental advances in the 
field of Communications, Networks, and Internet Applications. Proposals are 
invited for Half or Full-day Tutorials in important or emerging
communication 
and networking topics relevant to the CHINACOM 2006 Technical Conference. 

TUTORIAL PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Potential tutorial instructors are invited to submit tutorial proposals of 
at most 8 pages. It should include an abstract and tutorial outline which
clearly 
identify the scope and topics covered, half or full-day tutorial, and
affiliation 
and biography of Tutorial Instructor. Evaluation of tutorial proposals will
be 
based on the relevance of the subject matter, and the expertise and
experience of 
the instructor. The tutorials will be held one day before the main
conference 
(24th Oct. 2006). 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please send tutorial proposals in PDF or MS word format by July 1st , 2006
to 
the Tutorial Chair:
