Dear Petri Netter, At current stage of our research we need to use unfolding technique to transform a colored Petri net model into ordinary one and then use method of place invariants to decide on reachability of certain markings. We are curious to ask whether we can use CPN-AMI package and associated software (Macao as GUI, TOOLKIT, etc.) on PC/Mandriva Linux 2007 platform to perform computerized simulation. We are aware that Macintosh/MacOS X would be ideal for our purpose. But how about PC/Linux platform? Do we have any chance to perform colored Petri net unfolding and place invariants using other software on PC/Linux platform?
