This year's AWPN Workshop (Algorithms and Tools for Petri net / Algorithmen und Werkzeuge für Petrinetze) will be held at the Technical University of Denmark on October 19-20, 2017. AWPN focusses on theoretical issues for analysis and simulation of Petri nets and on experiences with the implementation of visualization, analysis and simulation tools. AWPN is organized by the Special Interest Group "Petri nets and related system models" of the German Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI), and has a long tradition of being informal, discussion-oriented, and low-budget. This year, AWPN will be held in Denmark continuing a long tradition in Coloured Petri Nets. The important dates are: Submission deadline: September 18, 2017 Notification: September 21, 2017 Registration: September 25, 2017 Workshop: October 19-20, 2017 The language of AWPN 2017 is English.
