Dear all,

Today, we have released ProM 6.9, which can be downloaded from
http://www.promtools.org as usual.

ProM 6.9 can handle multiple package repositories. When starting, it selects
the best repository by determining which of the repositories responds fastest
to a test request. For ProM 6.9, two package repositories now exist: One at
TU/e, Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and one at QUT, Brisbane, Australia. If you
are sure you do not want to use one of these repositories, simply remove it
from the line with PACKAGE_URL in the ProM.ini file.

We recommend to download ProM 6.9 with a bundled JRE8. ProM 6.9 will run under
Java 9 and later, but we recommend to install the JAXB package if using Java 9
and later.

The Release Notes for ProM 6.9 can be found at
https://svn.win.tue.nl/trac/prom/wiki/ProM69/ReleaseNotes, its full list of
plug-ins at https://svn.win.tue.nl/trac/prom/wiki/ProM69/Plugins.

Kind regards,
Eric.
