My preference would be to strip it from the user's manual and either
deactivate the manual page or (less desirable) state upfront that it's
experimental/unfinished.  Then either remove -pc_factor_drop_tolerance
from -help (by using PetscOptionsGetRealArray) or note "unfinished" in
the doc string, also with a preference for the former so the user
doesn't have to filter it out each time they run with -help.
