[petsc-dev] MATSCATTER Transpose

Is there any reason why MATSCATTER doesn't implement MatTranspose?
It seems to me that it would be easy to accomplish by reversing
MatMultXXX and MatMultTransposeXXX
in MATSCATTER's ops vtable.
