Prometheus is currently broken due to the PetscStackPop change, we either need to make a s/PetscStackPop/PetscFunctionReturnVoid()/g fork or disable it from the nightly builds so that they can actually compile again.
It looks like gcov needs an update so that the logs aren't just 80MB of Version mismatch - expected 404* got 402* Jed
