One potential user was confused by the first line on our webpage. He is working 
on Power Grid simulation (hence no PDEs) and assumed that PETSc is only for 
solving PDEs.
"PETSc, pronounced PET-see (the S is silent), is a suite of data structures and 
routines for the scalable (parallel) solution of scientific applications 
modeled by partial differential equations."
 Hence, i think this line should be edited to make it clear that PETSc can be 
used for other applications too and not PDEs only.
"PETSc, pronounced PET-see (the S is silent), is a suite of data structures and 
routines for the scalable (parallel) solution of scientific applications, and 
ideally suited for those modeled by partial differential equations." or 
something of that sort.
