There was a massive purge where Barry renamed a bunch of the DA commands to either DMDA or moved them over to DM, causing much wailing and gnashing of teeth, but eventual grudging acceptance that he probably did the right thing :)
I must be missing something, because I don't see why DMDALocalToLocal* shouldn't be DMLocalToLocal* to follow this new paradigm.
