[petsc-dev] nightly builds progress

  Ok, http://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/nightlylogs/archive/2013/11/17/ has 
nightly builds of next. Where are master?

   We need to have both sets run daily and a dashboard for each of them set up.
