[petsc-dev] DMDASetDimension breaking next examples ....

   Who ever changed DMDASetDimension to DMSetDimension did not remove all the 
DMDASetDimension in the source code. Thus many examples in nightly next build 
are broken. Please fix in appropriate branch.
