[petsc-dev] Removing nightly tests with MPI 1

  Satish,

    Since we are removing support for MPI 1 you can change the nightly tests 
that use MPICH 1 to use a more recent MPI. Also could you make at least one of 
the replacement tests use valgrind and include many of the external packages so 
we can find their problems quicker. We completely missed the problems with the 
latest SuperLU_Dist because we didn't test it with valgrind.
