[petsc-dev] Patch providing PCCompositeGetNumPC

Hi Dev,


I was recently using PCCompositeGetPC and noticed a lack of a function to 
provide the number of sub PCs in the composite PC. This is a patch that 
provides a function PCCompositeGetNumPC(PC,PetscInt *) so you can access the 
sub-pcs safely.
