[petsc-dev] PETSc release is imminent so please check your loose ends

   A PETSc release is imminent so please check your loose ends in master. Be 
very careful about moving any code into master unless you are positive it is 
not broken and should be in the release. I'd like all the tests to be clean in 
the release version.

Of course we will be releasing patches so if something buggy gets in we can fix 
it.
