Matt,

 Lisandro set  this up. Occasionally strange "package" type errors before it 
really gets to PETS and then it runs out of time sometimes. Annoying, but 
seemingly not much one can do about it.  I guess it is limitations of 
Travis.... So you can bug Lisandro, good luck
