[petsc-dev] ISGetIndices

I had a question.  There is VecGetArrayRead and VecRestoreArrayRead.  However, 
the
sameconcept does not appear with IS.  Is there a reason for not having 
ISGetIndicesRead and ISRestoreIndicesRead?
