[petsc-dev] Rename csrperm files to aijperm?

Is there any good reason behind keeping the 'csrperm' in file and 
directory names when MATCSRPERM was changed to MATAIJPERM? If not, I'm 
going to rename things to 'aijperm' to stay consistent with the type name.
