You mentioned previously “regular” MS users, yet there is no occurence of MS 
MPI in installation.html.
Isn’t MS MPI the canonical MPI implementation for MS users?
(Sorry if there is some reason I’m not aware of so that it’s not mentioned in 
the instructions)
