[petsc-dev] TSSetConvergedReason(ts,TS_CONVERGED_USER);

 TSSetConvergedReason(ts,TS_CONVERGED_USER);

does not seem to stop the iteration in a user monitor function. I have
verified that it works from a post step method. Is this intentional?
