polar coordinate singularity

Hi,
I am solving Poisson's equation
Div. Grad(Phi)=rho
in the (R,Theta) plane with KSP, and it is working well if I avoid the 
axis.  But I would like to put a point at R=0.   Is there a recommended 
way to do that?
