[petsc-users] makefile of pastix on petsc-dev seems lack of flag -DWITH_SCOTCH

Hi,

The configure and compileing pastix with petsc-dev is ok. 

However, run time error occur:
ERROR: Scotch ordering needs to compile PaStiX with -DWITH_SCOTCH
