[petsc-users] Block ILU with AIJ matrix?

I had also considered use max block size. But it is not efficient here.
Hope petsc support nonuniform block size one day.
 
I think you may choose the maximum block size as a BAIJ dimension. However 
ITSOL has variable BLOCK ILU routine which may help you BUT it is not 
paralleled.
