[petsc-users] symmetric matrix

Hello all,

I have two questions:

1. Is that possible to set MatSetOption(A,MAT_SPD,PETSC_TRUE); through 
command line?
2. If I set option above for MPIAIJ matrix do solvers ignore lower 
triangular matrix?
