[petsc-users] Are there any functions (objects ) for scattering and gathering 64-bit integers just like VecScatter for PetscScalar?

Can you confirm this problem you see is with newer mvapich2 not some
old mvapich1? I see the current release is: MVAPICH2 1.8.1

[MVAPICH is based on mpich - so presumably onesided stuff should work
with it.]
