Is there a convenient way to reparse PETSc options from (a fake) argv without doing PetscFinalize followed by PetscInitialize? I'd like to be able to change options while a program is running. I realize that any previously created objects would not automatically refresh, so doing such a reparse may be a bit sketchy anyways.
