Dear All, I'd like to know is there a function in Petsc or in Slepc for calculating the? LTL^T decomposition?
Aside from that If I want to perform the rows and column reordering which function? or function set should I use in Petsc? I haven't see any vector extraction? from matrices on the manual.? How can I perform the gauss elimination method in Petsc? Your help will be appreciated. Regards,
