Where should I put "-ksp_monitor_true_residual -ksp_monitor_singular_value " ?

There are also a great deal of ??bogus?? numbers that have no meaning and
many zeros. Most of these are not the eigenvalues of anything.

Run the two cases with -ksp_monitor_true_residual
-ksp_monitor_singular_value and send the output
